Global Family Reunion: A Recap

We had a great time at the Global Family Reunion last week!

Hosted by best-selling author A.J. Jacobs, this epic event brought thousands of “cousins” from around the world to the New York Hall of Science for a family fun day of activities, while raising money to benefit Alzheimer’s research.

Even those from the NY Police Department came to explore their heritage.

We had a children’s corner where these budding family historians in the making could draw their own family tree.

Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley also joined the fun by helping others find their celebrity relatives.

The event had a full line up of entertainment and speakers, with one of the highlights being Sister Sledge performing “We are Family.”

It was exciting to be part of an event that broke the world record for most family reunions happening simultaneously around the world! It was important to document this large reunion, so all the “cousins” came together for one big family photo.
