Now you can enjoy access to a larger directory of frequently asked questions to promptly cover and solve common issues when using MyHeritage.
This directory has been compiled from the most popular questions users ask when contacting support. If new issues come up and become frequent we will be add them as new entries in the FAQ list as well, to make the MyHeritage experience as pleasant as possible.
The Help Center is currently
available in English and Spanish as a start, but based on success and performance we will start to add versions in other languages.
The objective of this enhanced Help Center at MyHeritage is to give our users the immediate service they need to learn about MyHeritage functionalities and to focus on building their family site as flawlessly as it has to be.
You can find a link to quickly access the Help Center on the bottom of every page of MyHeritage. It is the "Help" option on the right side on top of the languages display.
