Improved Help Center for better support

We're pleased to announce that our Help Center has been improved and enhanced for better support and service.

Now you can enjoy access to a larger directory of frequently asked questions to promptly cover and solve common issues when using MyHeritage.

This directory has been compiled from the most popular questions users ask when contacting support. If new issues come up and become frequent we will be add them as new entries in the FAQ list as well, to make the MyHeritage experience as pleasant as possible.

The Help Center is currently

available in English and Spanish as a start, but based on success and performance we will start to add versions in other languages.

The objective of this enhanced Help Center at MyHeritage is to give our users the immediate service they need to learn about MyHeritage functionalities and to focus on building their family site as flawlessly as it has to be.

You can find a link to quickly access the Help Center on the bottom of every page of MyHeritage. It is the "Help" option on the right side on top of the languages display.

Apart from this improvement, you can always sign up for a Premium or Premium Plus account and among other benefits, enjoy the advantages of getting priority in our personalized support service. If you're thinking of upgrading, now is the time as you can get a hefty Christmas discount on the Premium Plan.

  1. I am a web master of 3 sites and had a computer crash. I can get back in as a visitor, but not as a web master to add or change data.

  4. is there a way to determine who has added "family members" to my tree? all of a sudden i have 7 new relatives and no one knows how they got there. and....i cannot find these people at all in my initial seraches.

  7. TRIED TO JOIN NEW WORLD VITAL RECORDS MEMBERSHIP DIDN"T GO THROUGH HELP!!
  8. Need urgent help! The installation of the new version on November 23 created approx. 4000 extra members. The present realistic number is 5033. I may have completed the installation incorrectly but I would like to correct. Thks.
