Each Day of June, a Different Record Collection Will Be Free!

Have you ever wished you had full access to a certain paid-subscription-only historical record collection for just one day?

This June, you just might have your chance!

Each day, we will open one of our paid-subscription-only historical record collections to the public, providing full, free access to view the collection. On some days, we’ll be opening two or three related collections for free. The collections we’ve chosen for this offer are not the collections you can find anywhere — they are rare and valuable, and many are exclusive to MyHeritage. We’ll be posting regular updates on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram about the collections, so be sure to follow us and stay tuned so you don’t miss anything!

In all, a total of 2,043,456,361 records will be made accessible for free during the month of June. This special offer is in the spirit of MyHeritage’s commitment to providing people with more opportunities and resources to further their genealogical research while at home.

The day-long window for each collection will cover all time zones, so as long as you visit the collection on the correct day, you should be able to search and view the records to your heart’s content.

Below is a list of the collections that will be made available for free during June:

Please advise the time zones for when these dates are. I live in New Zealand east of Australia. I think the U.S. has five (?) time zones so “June 1”, for example requires – I think- that I firstly establish which time zone, then work backwards to the corresponding local date and time. Thank you.

      Hi John,

Each collection is free on that date no matter what time zone you are searching in.

      Good luck with your research!

Thank you very much. I hope you do this again from time to time. Of course, it might be nice if you would let us know in advance. It is now June 23 and I am just hearing about it so I have one week left and none of the collections being made available from now to the end of the month are any that I might look in. It is a nice gesture none the less but a bit hollow because of the bad timing.

Hello, I’m trying to find a danish college. All I know is she was born in Denmark in 1952. She died apparently of alcohol abuse in the late nineties. I know she had a daughter. I would really like a photographer of her, and also to know if her daughter is alive.

Sorry I forgot to mention her name was Inge Bente Nielsen. She lived in Aarhus, and in the nineties she moved to Vejle to open a small business.
I really hope you can help.
    Thanks so much,
    Regards Diana d’Offay.

So sorry I only read this today, but I really hope you will do this again. I have been the family historian since about 1989 and bought a My Heritage membership in 2018. You have been a great help in my research and added many names and other information to already vast supply. I am trying to keep up with all the additions and working on adding my previous research with updates in as time permits. I will certainly try to take advantage of the opportunities offered for the remainder of this month.
    Thank you
    Ms Bennie Talbott-Choate

I wish that I had seen this blog in the lateral part of May,l’ve been trying to find my family’s history for so long. Now the second generation of my family is gone,my mother was the last of eight children, passed in 2010.There was a family bible but her house was set on fire by one of my grandsons. I had asked her if I could go through it,she said that I could but she kept telling me to give it back to her and I did, that was a big mistake.
