Congratulations: A new Royal is born

Congratulations to Will and Kate on the arrival of their prince, a new addition to the Royal family tree.

The royal baby was born today at Lindo wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in London, where his father Prince William and his uncle, Prince Harry were also born.

The baby will be known officially as the Prince of Cambridge. Although not the only Prince in the royal family tree, he is now third in line to the throne. It is also the first time in more than a century when the next three generations of monarchy will be alive at the same time.

Amid all the excitement of the new royal arrival, people are anxiously waiting to find out what the little royal Prince will be named. It is traditional to combine four royal names from the Victorian era with the surname “Windsor.” For example, Prince William’s full name is William Arthur Philip Louis.

There has been much speculation for names so far, including George and James.

The royal baby will also have a new cousin to play with in the upcoming year as Princess Zara Phillips and her husband, rugby player Mike Tindall, announced they are expecting their first child.

  1. Congratulations to Kate and William, Grandparents and Great Grandparents.
  2. Ok, Those of us in the United States have had over 200 years to experiment with our own system of government. Clearly it has not worked. So, I am one to propose going back under the British system. New king, new opportunities to make government work. Let's go back under English rule. Looks good to me!
  3. I am guessing James Philip William or William James Philip. King James III or King William V.
  4. i think he will be alexander, because they thought it was to be a girl, and wanted to name it alexandra, so a boy would be alexandER.
  5. George would be nice and manly lol but congratulation to Kate and William from Sudbury Ontario Canada
