Competition: Win ‘Labyrinth’ on DVD!

Do you have any secrets passed down through your family's generations?

Labyrinth is the story of two intelligent headstrong heroines, 17-year-old Alaïs Pelletier (Jessica Brown Findlay) from 13th century Carcassonne and modern-day PhD graduate Dr. Alice Tanner (Vanessa Kirby), who experience an adventure that intertwines their lives.

After inheriting a house in the South of France from an aunt she has never met, Alice stumbles upon an 800-year-old archaeological find.

Separated by time, but united in a common destiny, Alice is driven to find out about Alaïs and the past, which leads her through a journey into discovering the stories behind secrets passed down through the generations.

Based on the multi-million selling novel by Kate Mosse, Labyrinth is a Ridley Scott & Tony Scott Production, featuring an all-star cast including; John Hurt as Audric, an ancient Egypt specialist; Vanessa Kirby as Alice, a modern-day fearless girl, who experiences dramatic flashbacks from the 13th-century; Jessica Brown Findlay (Downton Abbey, Misfits) as Alaïs, a 13th-century courageous young woman, determined to protect the "secret;" Tom Felton as Trencavel, a Carcassonne religious leader and man of integrity, popular with his vassal lords and subjects; Katie McGrath as Alaïs' sister, Oriane Congost, a clever, devious and ambitious character, eager for power at whatever cost; and Sebastian Stan as Will Franklin, a brave, charming and passionate friend.

To celebrate the DVD release of Labyrinth on April 1, we are giving away five copies of the DVD. 2. Sylvanus Brimhall, who was a 16 year old marine on the USS Philadelphia captured by Barbary pirates about 1803. William Decatur sailed into the harbor and blew up the ship and all of the sailors were ransomed by Pres Jefferson, "from the halls of Montezuma, to the shores of Tripoli". This story took place in Tripoli harbor. I would really like to here about this adventure and how the marines began

  4. I would love to see this movie! Hope I win. =)
  5. I'd like to meet my great grandfather Jabez Sykes who left his wife and children to head to the USA with a younger woman. My grandfather was sold as a result of this as his mother could not care for him and he had no idea he had been adopted until he was an adult.
