		<description>Thanks for the comment Toni. Anything new that rtnseeps a learning curve can be difficult. I&#039;ve used Ancestry for about a decade now. I haven&#039;t noticed the problems you cite. But Ancestry has been the best single source of official documents I&#039;ve been able to find, i.e., Census records. Of course I&#039;m in the United States. I see you must be in New Zealand. So, I can&#039;t really relate to what you are encountering. None of my family has, to my knowledge, any roots in New Zealand. Good luck.</description>
