I have discovered the Ellis Island of New England, this is a railroads depot in the City of Lewiston, ME. This is the portal of thousands of French Canadaians who immigrated in the New England States during the Industrial Revolution to work in the Textile and Shoe Industries in New England. This site ihas been noted by the State of Maine as a Historical Site and has bee designate as such.
