    I cant download the My Heritage Premium (2.500 people).
    I cant acctivate this version, i dont need the plus version!

    you can see your current subscription plan on the page 'settings' > 'site account'. You will find a button 'extend site plan' or 'upgrade site plan' there to get the Premium plan.

    We do offer a live chat with our support team there, if you have further questions.

    And the new help section can answer most of the basic questions as well, find the topics around our subsriptions here.

  6. I have been billed on my credit card for premium cover and
    have no idea how my i.d. was submitted. I wish you would
    kindly remove my billing and have called AT&T Universal Card
    to reimburse this incorrect charge. The date on the submission
    was Aug 25, 2011. Please cooperate with this struggle. I
    am unable to understand and am not able to pay this charge.
    I was introduced to My Heritage thru Steffen Hennermann.
