    I cant download the My Heritage Premium (2.500 people).
    I cant acctivate this version, i dont need the plus version!

    you can see your current subscription plan . You will find a button ‘extend site plan’ or ‘upgrade site plan’ there to get the Premium plan.

    We do offer a live chat with our support team there, if you have further questions.

    And the can answer most of the basic questions as well, find the .

    I have been billed on my credit card for premium cover and
    have no idea how my i.d. was submitted. I wish you would
    kindly remove my billing and have called AT&T Universal Card
    to reimburse this incorrect charge. The date on the submission
    was Aug 25, 2011. Please cooperate with this struggle. I
    am unable to understand and am not able to pay this charge.
    I was introduced to My Heritage thru Steffen Hennermann.
